1. General Provisions

77fbp operates an online gaming and sports betting platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you (the user) and 77fbp.

By accessing, browsing, creating an account on, or using any service of the platform, you confirm that:

• It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal in the jurisdiction where you currently reside.
• You have read and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming guidelines.
• You understand that online gaming carries financial risk and that you are voluntarily accepting that risk.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. 77fbp reserves the right to change these Terms at any time — continuing to use the platform after a change has been made will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Account Registration & Use

To open an account and use the services at 77fbp, you must meet the following conditions:

2.1 One Account Only

Each user may hold only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the funds held in them may be forfeited.

2.2 Accurate Information

You must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information will result in account closure. It is your responsibility to notify our support team immediately if any of your details change.

2.3 Account Security

Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not allow any third party to use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account. 77fbp is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account.

3. Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

77fbp is committed to verifying the age and identity of users to ensure responsible gaming. At the time of registration or at any point afterwards, we may request identity verification documents from you, such as:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport or Driving Licence
• Birth Certificate
• Mobile banking account registration details

Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete. Submitting false identity documents is a serious breach and will result in permanent account closure.

4. Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

77fbp currently accepts deposits via three mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Once a deposit is successfully processed, it will be credited to your account.

You must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Transactions made using someone else's account will be considered invalid and may result in the account being reviewed.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Your account identity verification must be complete for a withdrawal to be successfully processed.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will be sent to the mobile banking number used to make the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 5 for details).
• 77fbp reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.
• 77fbp may delay the processing of a withdrawal if additional verification is required.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 77fbp are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit. The maximum bonus amount is ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500, making your total balance ৳2,500. Depositing ৳28,000 adds the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, making your total balance ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings derived from a bonus, wagering requirements must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. The current wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount.

Example: If you receive a bonus of ৳1,500, you must place a total of ৳15,000 (৳1,500 × 10) in bets before that bonus amount can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only the amount earned after meeting the wagering requirements will be eligible for withdrawal.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts will result in both accounts being closed.
• 77fbp reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion.
• Separate terms may apply to all promotional offers, including cashback.

5.4 VIP Programme

77fbp's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers a maximum weekly cashback of 0.4%, Silver up to 0.8%, and Gold up to 1.2% weekly cashback. You can move up to a higher VIP tier through regular participation and staying active on the platform.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

Specific rules apply to each bet placed at 77fbp. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, unless 77fbp identifies an error or technical issue at its own discretion. Game results are considered final and will not be reconsidered without cause.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a server problem, internet disconnection, or other technical fault, 77fbp will refund the bet amount where applicable. However, if an attempt is made to take unfair advantage of a technical fault, action will be taken against the account in question.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

77fbp reserves the right to set maximum bet limits for various games and markets. These limits may change at any time. Please contact our support team before placing an unusually large bet.

6.4 Fair Play

77fbp uses modern encryption technology to ensure fair play. Game outcomes are governed by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). If you have any doubt about a game result, please notify our support team.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77fbp platform:

7.1 Fraud & Manipulation

• Using software, bots, or automated programmes to influence game outcomes.
• Hacking or attempting unauthorised access to the game or betting system.
• Stealing another user's account details or deceiving other users.

7.2 Multiple Accounts & Bonus Abuse

• Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Opening accounts in the name of family members or friends to claim bonuses.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds without meeting the wagering requirements.

7.3 Money Laundering

Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited. If suspicious transactions are identified, 77fbp reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

7.4 Participation by Minors

It is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21 to create an account or participate in games on the platform. If evidence is found of an account being operated on behalf of a minor, the account will be closed immediately.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by 77fbp

77fbp may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or gaming rules.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Account inactive for an extended period.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, provided all conditions are met.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 77fbp is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the following:

• Internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party services (mobile banking, internet service providers).
• Unforeseen technical faults or cyber attacks.
• Financial loss resulting from the user's own error.
• Unauthorised access to an account where the user has not taken adequate steps to protect their login details.

The user bears full responsibility for any financial loss arising from gaming or betting on the 77fbp platform. We encourage responsible gaming and advise never to bet beyond your means.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

77fbp places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all transactions and personal data secure.

11. Changes & Updates to Terms

77fbp reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform or inform users through their registered contact details.

Continuing to use the platform after a change to the Terms has been made will automatically be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly.

If you do not agree with any changes, you may request to close your account, and the withdrawal will be processed based on the terms in effect before the changes.

12.3 Final Provisions

If any clause of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, the remaining clauses will continue to be in effect. The original language of these terms is Bengali; in the event of any conflict in translation, the Bengali version will prevail.
